How does consumption-based pricing work?
Your organisation purchases units, and those units are shared across the whole team. Every feature - matters, document intelligence, the AI assistant, the Paralegal Suite, the Court Playground, workflows, and autonomous agents - is included; units are simply drawn down as your team uses the system. There are no tiers, no per-seat fees, and no feature paywalls.
How do I get started?
Contact our sales team and we will set up your organisation with a unit allowance sized to your practice. Our registration wizard then walks you through firm details, team upload (CSV supported), and email verification - your workspace is provisioned the moment verification completes.
What happens when we run low on units?
Your admins can see the organisation's unit balance at any time and top up whenever they need to. Buying more units never changes what features you have access to - everything is always included.
Do paralegals and admins need their own licences?
No. There are no per-seat licences - your whole team shares the organisation's units. The Paralegal Suite (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs, privilege logs, Bates indexing, exhibit indexes, meet-and-confer letters, depositions, subpoenas, medical summaries, trial binders, chronologies, and case-law research) is included for everyone, not a paid add-on.
Which jurisdictions does Xycora support?
Every organisation can configure matters in any of our 12 supported jurisdictions: England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, US Federal, California, New York, Delaware, Texas, Canada, India, and Mauritius. Jurisdiction is set per matter - it is not a paywalled feature.
What is the difference between the Court Playground and Autonomous Agents?
The Court Playground is an interactive sandbox: you choose a mode - Debate, Deposition Prep, Cross-Examination, Oral Argument, or Negotiation - and rehearse against an AI opponent in real time, with every exchange citation-backed. Autonomous Agents run on their own against a matter, executing multi-step workflows overnight or on demand, with replayable runs and full audit logs of every action. Both are included - they simply consume units when used.
Is my client data ever used to train AI models?
Never. Xycora operates with zero data retention on underlying LLM APIs - client data is not used to train foundation models. Every AI call, agent action, document upload, and share is recorded in the audit log. Tenant-level (BYO-key) encryption is available on request.
